Winter begins here tomorrow, with zero night temperatures (and under, no doubt) and a top of about 13 C. Brrrrrrrr. I envy those of you looking at the arrival of hot weather.  The rest of us, stay warm!

I started blogging in an effort to keep the old brain cells alive. I'm writing a fantasy series, I take more MOOCs than I can handle, and am trying to get my Nikon D3000 off auto. I live in Victoria, Australia, with my husband and our dog, Vika.

    1. It was 4 C when I walked Vika, not long after 9 this morning. Hasn’t got over 9C in the shade. Some blue skies though. Day off tomorrow, won’t be so quick to get up!
