This adorable koala snoozed in the tree right behind our camper trailer. That’s a bit of canvas showing in the bottom left corner of the first photo. Carter’s Beach, (Murray River), Ulupna Island, Victoria. (Nikon D3000) Thanks for looking. 🙂
Just a few pics of our location – we were alone for the first night at this sandy beach, just outside the Barmah National Park, on the Murray River. The day after we arrived, we put up our new gazebo for the first time. Had a bit of luck there, picking up a heavy duty […]
Very tempting to sit there with a fishing rod

Got to Parkes, mid-afternoon, Sue. Left Laurieton at 5:15am. Still haven’t told James that I’m coming! Got a lovely motel room. We are all exhausted after the 8 hour trip. Just having a stubby – Guiness extra stout – and then we are going to stagger down the road for takeaways. 😀

Always preferred travelling at night, not so many idiots on the road and you can see the lights of the cars coming.

I ended up travelling at night as my brother was working – why didn’t I think of that! – but luckily he finished at 2:30, so saw him briefly before we got back on the road.

A couple of hours further north and you could have called in for a visit. Maybe next time!
